macOS 14 Sonoma System Requirements

The first developer beta of macOS 14 Sonoma is being made available immediately. Public betas will begin later in the summer, and the shipping version will be released in the Fall.

Once the shipping version is released, Tech to School will be offering it as a pre-installed OS option for Macs that can support it.

The new macOS Sonoma will run on the following Macs:

MacBook Air 2018 and later
MacBook Pro 2018 and later
iMac 2019 and later
Mac Pro 2019 and later
Mac mini 2018 and later
iMac Pro 2017
Mac Studio 2022 and later
